General
Wholesale customers must be the age of majority for the country in which they reside. Wholesale customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase our products in Canada.
All wholesale customers can purchase and sell TW Trade products in their store once they have been approved for a wholesale account. To apply for a wholesale account simply click “login/sign up” in the top right corner of the page or by clicking here.
Products
Most products will have ingredients listed in the description, if this information is not present, we will be happy to provide it. Please email sales@twtrade.ca for any inquiries.
Some products made from rubber, latex, jelly and TPR blends may have a strong smell due to the nature of the material and manufacturing. The scent can be reduced or eliminated with regular washing using soap and water or toy cleaner.
Some materials can react when stored on top of or touching other toys. This can be described as “melting” or “liquefying”. It is a rare occurrence but can happen toys are stored within close proximity to each other. To prevent this, we recommend storing toys in separate bags or cases.
Shipping & Fulfillment
We will process your order within 1-2 business days and ship orders as soon as possible.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method at the time of purchase and location. Tracking your order is easy! All tracking numbers are sent via email confirmation and can also be found on our website in the purchase order. Wholesale customers can expect their courier to email them any updates on their order.
If a shipment is required by a specific time, please reach out to our wholesale department sales@twtrade.ca we will do our best to help.
Shipping is based on location, weight, and delivery method. Fedex is our primary courier service. We primarily ship with FedEx, but compare shipping rates from Canada Post, UPS and Fedex to offer our customers cost efficiency.
We use recycled cardboard packaging for orders which contain the TW Trade logo as well as other vendors that we may work with. Packaging & logos never contains explicit or sexual content.
We specialize in rapid shipping inside of Canada and the continental U.S. but we also ship to South America, Europe & Africa. If we have any issues with your shipping, we will contact you via email.
If there are duties for USA residents the resident will cover this expense. If taxes are not collected when the invoice is issued, then the customer's state has not requested taxes for their order.
Warranty & Returns
Yes, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds on any purchases made.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges—even if the products are unopened. This is for the health and safety of our employees and customers. If you received the wrong product, or your product is defective on arrival, please reach out to our customer careteam so we can work together on a solution. If any wholesale customers believe their product arrived defective, please send a detailed email to sales@twtrade.ca and we will assist with troubleshooting. Please include the name and email used to place the order so we can make the process as quick as possible.
All warranty periods begin at the exact time and date that the order is placed.

Unfortunately, no. We include size information in the product descriptions of all products. It is up to the customer to assess whether a product is right for them before purchasing.
We offer volume-based discounts on all wholesale purchases.
Orders valued $2,000 - $5,000 receive a 5% discount.
Orders valued $5,001 - $10,000 receive a 10% discount.
Orders valued $10,001 - $20,000 receive a 15% discount.
Orders valued $20,001 - $30,000 receive a 20% discount.
Orders valued $30,001+ receive a 30% discount.
These discounts will automatically apply to all orders. (All discounts are calculated in CAD$)

Absolutely! If any wholesale customer would like to place an order with us, but are unsure which items to purchase we will recommend items based on past orders and customer needs.
